This feature is part of the JetBlue benefits package,for all members covered under medical benefits which is focused to meet your personal healthcare needs, whether you're welcoming your first baby or your fourth!

The Building Healthy Families program is an inclusive digital resource offering personalized, on-demand health guidance and support to help you grow your family—your way—from pre-conception to early childhood. The program is open to Crewmembers and dependents enrolled in JetBlue Medical through Anthem. Building Healthy Families provides support for expecting parents, adoptive parents, single parents, and parents of children aged 5 and under. You’ll also have access to clinical support teams for high-risk pregnancies and complex conditions.

How it works. Enroll through the Building Healthy Families section of the Engage app by your 2nd trimester to begin accumulating your points.

Earning Points:

Earning points is easy! You need to complete the four milestones to earn your 4,000 points. You’ll earn 2000 points after completing the first two milestones, then another 2000 points after completing the last two milestones.

The milestones are:

  • Create a Profile on Building Healthy Families before the 2nd trimester
  • Completion of the initial Pregnancy OB Screener/Maternity Assessment prior to delivery
    • (After you complete both milestones, you’ll have 2000 points. Allow 30-45 days for the points to show up.)
  • Completion of 1 of 6 Assessments prior to delivery
  • Completion of post-partum screening within 56 days of delivery
    • (After you complete both milestones, you’ll have another 2000 points. Allow 30-45 days for the points to show up.)

 

Earn Rewards just for Participating!

  • A total of 4,000 points are available
  • Each milestone you complete is worth 1,000 points (earn 2000 points after completing the first two milestones, then another 2000 points after completing the last two milestones.)
  • Points can be redeemed for baby items such as strollers, car seats, monitor and many more!
